Coronavirus (COVID-19) – our plan

As responsible event organisers and in line with our company values, the health and wellbeing of all those who attend our events is our priority. We are in the business of organising great events where industries meet to learn and do business and that’s what we will continue to do.

We will respond to this fast-evolving situation in a calm and proportionate manner based on expert advice and following Government guidelines. Please rest assured we will not hesitate to act if we believe it is the right thing to do. If one of our events has to be suspended or moved either for health reasons or because we feel we won’t be able to deliver the great event we all expect, then we will of course transfer visitors, sponsors and exhibitors’ participation to the rescheduled or a future event.

In tandem with our event venues we are taking extra measures to ensure the health and safety of all attendees:

  • Following the UK Government, Public Health England and WHO, to stay up to date with the latest developments
  • Collaborating with our industry associations and other organisers to share information and actions
  • Increasing cleaning activity at venues
  • Adding hygiene signage at key locations around our events
  • Working with venues on plans to deal with anyone experiencing symptoms

All attendees are encouraged to maintain good respiratory and hand hygiene by employing the ‘Catch It. Bin It. Kill It.’ ethos and ensuring regular and thorough hand washing. If you do experience any of the symptoms: a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath, please remain at home visit or call NHS 111 for advice.

We also ask if you have visited any of the countries or regions identified on the Government’s information site in the last two weeks, you do not attend our events. Some venues are requiring attendees to sign a declaration regarding their recent travel.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us via  or call us direct on 01342 332000.
